Currently (as of November 2004) writing projects John's working on include:
- His second novel, which he'd originally planned to finish over a year ago,
but which has turned out to be somewhat delayed. Some of the ideas it's based on are sketched out in an unpublished short story,
First Love, which you can read on this website.
- Various humorous short stories (e.g. one about neural implants designed to suggest interesting conversational gambits, providing even the shyest user
with an inexhaustible supply of small talk. Unfortunately they work too well, landing their users in deep water.)
